Returns and refunds

All orders are made fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

Custom orders may be canceled one week before pickup. Normal orders can be canceled for a full refund before preorders close. After preorders have closed there will be no cancelations or refunds given due to time constraints to complete everyone's order properly for their scheduled pickup date/time.

if you are unable to pick up your order the scheduled pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders not picked up on the scheduled date will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

In the rare event that an error is made with your order, please contact us with in 24 hours pickup so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
